November 28, 2007Dates And Location for January 2008 MeetingThe next meeting of the Rice-Russell Tennessee SABR chapter will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The location will be the Old Timers Baseball Facility in Shelby Park in Nashville. We will have a catered lunch there. (Details and cost TBA.) Our guest speaker will be Rick Mosely, creator of the "Legends of the Game: Negro and Latin Leagues Baseball Game," a Monopoly style board game for children and adults. Move into the left lane and take I-24 West (Clarksville); be careful with merging traffic! The Shelby Avenue exit (#49) is approximately one-half mile. I-24 from Chattanooga and I-40 from Knoxville: Come almost to downtown and take the Clarksville-Louisville exit onto I-24 West. The Shelby Avenue exit (#49) is approximately one-half mile. I-40 from Memphis:
Take the I-40 East exit (toward Nashville), move to the Louisville lane.
Once you come to the Clarksville-Louisville-and Chattanooga split, take
Chattanooga. The Shelby Avenue exit (#49) is approximately a mile and a
